WHY ARE THERE MULTIPLE HELMETS SIGNED BY THE SAME PERSON WITH DIFFERENT PRICES?

The price difference can be due to many different factors including the type of helmet, athlete inscription, or 3rd party authentication. Typically the price is higher for authentic proline helmets that look and feel just like the ones worn on the field. Replica helmets still look nice but do not have the same padding or heavy material used in the authentic proline helmet. All signatures on our helmets are guaranteed authentic and have been authenticated by a 3rd party such as PSA/DNA, JSA, Beckett, or Upper Deck.

 

WHAT IS PSA/DNA?

Professional Sports Authenticator, PSA, is the number one signature authentication company in the industry. A PSA/DNA number is your guarantee that a PSA/DNA consultant has looked at the signature and has validated it to be authentic against known good comparison signatures. Some items authenticated by PSA/DNA come with their ITP (In the Presence) guarantee which means that a PSA/DNA consultant actually witnessed the signing of the item.

All items we sell are 100% guaranteed authentic and come with Certificates Of Authenticity from the most respected companies in the industry. Our prices are low because our overhead is low. We are a small business and work hard to provide you an authentic, autographed item at a reasonable price. When you buy an item from a larger retailer such as sportsmemorabilia.com, amazon.com, or ebay.com, you will pay a much higher price because those sites charge sellers very high fees to sell their products. Sellers typically pass those higher costs onto the buyer. Buying direct from us allows you to get the same high quality items at a much lower cost.

Our jerseys are size XL unless otherwise specified in the listing details.

 

IS PSA BETTER THAN JSA?

In our opinion items authenticated by PSA, JSA or Beckett are about equal. All 3 companies have outstanding people that are the best in the business at signature verification. Each company also provides an online database where each serial number can be verified.

 

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM JERSEY FRAMING?

Unfortunately we do not offer custom jersey framing at this time. However we may add this feature in the future so check back. When I had my first jersey framed I called a couple of local shops and compared their prices.

 

DO YOU BUY ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC?

Unfortunately we do not purchase items from the general public for resale.

 

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Shipping options vary slightly depending on the items that are ordered.  In all cases there is a Free shipping option that uses USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.  2nd day shipping option is also available at checkout for an extra fee.  In all cases tracking information is provided for every shipment.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS LOST BY THE CARRIER?

In some very rare occasions shipments can be lost by the carrier, this is not common but it does happen.  This is why we require signature confirmation for all orders over $300.00.  If an item is lost we have you covered either through a direct product replacement or full no questions asked refund.
